Mrs. Lee Anne Nugent teaches Precalculus, Algebra 2, and Geometry. After earning her Sc.B. with Honors and Magna Cum Laude in Materials Engineering from Brown University, Mrs. Nugent continued her studies with a research fellowship from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and obtained her Masters.​ In 1995, Mrs. Nugent started a private tutoring business, helping numerous students in math, physics, chemistry, and standardized test preparation over a span of 25 years. She worked part-time at Villa Walsh in 2018 as a Precalculus teacher, eventually transitioning to full-time in 2019.

Mrs. Nugent is the founder and head coach of Villa Walsh's FIRST® Robotics Competition Team Sisters 1st. In May 2024, she established a Villa Walsh Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Next Club and a middle school FIRST® Lego League Team with Mr. Busler, furthering Villa Walsh’s mission of fostering enthusiasm for STEM education among young women.

Mr. Owen Busler teaches Mathematics (Pre-Calculus and Algebra 2) and Physics. He comes from an engineering background having earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NJIT in 2021, after which he spent two years as a software engineer at Audible. Mr. Busler is very involved in coaching the robotics team as well as the ski trips in the winter. Mr. Busler's teaching philosophy focuses on strengthening critical thinking skills through the subjects he teaches as well as putting the curriculum in context, frequently highlighting WHY students are learning a subject.
